Our mission is to solve the problem of unrepresented languages struggling to participate in a global communications network, and since 2015, we have successfully helped digitize numerous endangered languages.

Position Description

The Marketing & Content Team is seeking volunteer Press Officer to build & consolidate relations with International Media. These roles are fully remote, volunteer-based, and provide practical experience in international localization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate press mailing list
  • Write and send press releases to the mailing list
  • Schedule and monitor individual and team interviews
  • Produce clippings and reports on TC’s presence in the media

Ideal Qualifications and Commitment

  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage distributed teams
  • Experience with TMS or project management tools preferred
  • Weekly commitment of ~5 hours
