Translation Commons is a nonprofit public charity dedicated to providing a reliable and scalable method for digitally rendering languages. Our mission is to solve the problem of unrepresented languages struggling to participate in a global communications network, and since 2015, we have successfully helped digitize numerous endangered languages.
Position Description
The Marketing & Content Team is seeking volunteer Videomaker to enhance TC audiovisual content. These roles are fully remote, volunteer-based, and provide practical experience in international localization workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Script/screenplay video suggestions
- Record and edit videos for different platforms (social media)

- Proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage distributed teams
- Experience with TMS or project management tools preferred
- Weekly commitment of ~5 hours
